We are at the forefront of staying up to date with all the changes that take place at the Department Of Labour/Compensation Fund.

Being one of the first companies to manage the complete chain when an IOD occurs, we ensure the correct paper trail is in place in order for us to get you payment of your medical accounts as soon as possible.

By integrating our legal knowledge and claims management system for employer’s and employee’s, we are able to ensure complete compliance with the Compensation For Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA).

We cater for Compensation Fund , Rand Mutual and FEMA claims. All three bodies are governed by COIDA, meaning all must abide by the same rules.

  • Billing and Rates

    Why pay more than 20% commission or your medical bills when you have done all the hard work?

    At COID Consult we tailor-make all our clients’ billing options on their accounts.

    Our rates vary from 7.5% - 15% dependant on the number of claims and monetary value of the accounts.

    We do not bind you to a contract that you cannot get out of, both parties can cancel within 60 days should you not be happy with our service.

  • Documentation

    We assist you with obtaining the necessary documentation in order to get liability accepted on claims.

    We assist in loading the said documentation with the Compensation Fund, ultimately resulting in faster pay outs.

    We assist in completing documents with the correct information as requested by the fund.

    We query any documents rejected by the fund.

    We assist in re-opening cases.

  • Old and New Claims

    COIDA claims are statutory. This means that we can go as far back as possible with your medical claims.

    There is no prescription on COIDA claims, meaning we can go back further that 3 years on your historic claims.

  • Money

    Your banking details are registered with the fund; thus you will receive the monies and we bill when we receive the remittance.

    We can assist in registering your practice with the applicable body together with your banking details.

  • Patients

    We assist the patients that you treat in receiving their compensation where applicable.

    This as an added benefit, relieves the headache for the employer and medical service provider.

    The grey area of what an employee is supposed to get in terms of compensation, we make colourful.
